Release Notes: November 16, 2025

New features included in this release:

Online Worksheets

Worksheets are a new area available within each project that provide an online, spreadsheet-style experience. They allow users to create and share custom "sheets" of information that may not fit into a standard ProjectTeam form. Within each worksheet, users can define columns, enter data, and use formulas to perform calculations. Worksheets are designed to give project teams added flexibility for organizing and managing project-specific data.

By default, only the creator of a worksheet can edit it, even after the worksheet has been shared with others. Worksheets also include many of the same features as standard forms, allowing users to add action items, workflows, reference links, and comments through the related panels.

Weekly Summary email notification

A new weekly email notification will now be sent every Sunday summarizing each user’s assigned action items and workflows across all their projects. Existing users can enable this feature by going to My Page and turning the Weekly Email preference to ON.

All new users added after this release will have the weekly summary enabled by default but can turn it off at any time. The purpose of the weekly summary email is to help users stay informed of their project-related tasks and promote collaboration within ProjectTeam.

Custom forms with revision functionality

Administrators now have the option to enable revision functionality when creating new custom forms. By checking the Include Revision Functionality box, the system will automatically add revision-related system fields, a Revision History panel, and a button for creating new revisions of existing records. When enabled, the log view will default to display only the latest revision of each record.

Custom forms with revision functionality can be created at both the company and project levels, providing maximum flexibility to align with each organization’s unique business processes. This enhancement further strengthens ProjectTeam’s position as a leader in no-code, fully customizable construction management solutions.

Grant edit permissions for Worksheets and Gantt Schedules

Creators of Gantt schedules and Worksheets can now grant edit permissions to other users. Previously, only the creator of each item could make edits. With this enhancement, creators can choose specific users who should have edit access while maintaining read-only access for others.

It’s important to note that this is not live editing—only one user can make changes at a time. Granting edit permission is a separate step from sharing, allowing creators to share the item broadly for visibility while giving editing rights to selected collaborators. This update supports greater flexibility and teamwork while maintaining control over project data.
