Upload/Download files and folders to the project files area
Learn how to upload and download files and folders in the ProjectTeam Project Files area, including supported methods and best practices for managing project documents.
Overview
The Project Files area gives you a central place to upload, download, and organize documents for each project. You can add individual files, multiple files, or entire folders and download items whenever you need offline access or want to share information outside the system. All actions are permission-based, so you will only see and interact with folders you have access to.
This help page explains how to upload files and folders, how to download single or multiple items, how to use drag-and-drop or the upload menu, and what to expect when working with large files. You will also learn how versioning works, how permissions affect upload and download capabilities, and best practices for keeping your project documents organized.
