Export design review comments from a Drawing Package
When viewing a Drawing Package, users will notice a new option in the ellipsis dropdown titled "Download Markup Comments (csv)." This option will download all markup annotations added to each individual Drawing that is included in the Drawing Package. The result is an organized CSV file, which can be opened and viewed in MS Excel. All markup types, including shapes, measurements, and document pins, are included in the export file.
Export your "Company Users" list
As a company administrator, you will find a new option titled "Export User List." Clicking this option will export the full list of active and deactivated users into a CSV file which can be opened in MS Excel.
Incrementally load in previous meeting notes on Meetings
When viewing a Meeting document that is the latest in a series, users can now click a button to load in notes from previous meetings. The previous meeting notes will load in one at a time to help load information quickly.
Clean up (delete and remove) Share Group data
Share Groups can be created at the company or project levels. However, if a mistake is made and administrators need to clean up data, they can now delete or remove those Share Groups, depending on the case. On a project, project administrators are able to clean up data directly from the Share Group list view. Share Groups created at the project level can be deleted, while Share Groups created at the company level can be removed. At the company level, company administrators also have the ability to remove Share Groups from projects or delete them.
Project Directory warning message
A company in ProjectTeam.com can have multiple domains associated with it. When inviting contacts from the Project Directory, the system will try and automatically match the contact with existing companies using the contact's email address. If a contact is invited to a project, but they have an email domain that does not match the associated company domain, then the system will set them up under a different company. In some cases this is the intent, but in others the intent might have been to include the contact under the existing company. Therefore, we now show a warning message in the invite modal to proactively catch any issues before they occur. If you want to invite a contact to the project, but they have an email domain that does not match the intended company's web domains, contact support so we can help set it up correctly.
Other updates and bug fixes 🐛
NEW: Search options have been added to each column of the "Configure Project Menu" modal. This menu allows users to define which projects show in the main navigation project dropdown.
NEW: Custom "Help Text" added to custom fields will now accept multiple lines/line breaks. This will give administrators more control over presenting help text to end users.
FIXED: Rich text fields were showing Times New Roman font and appeared smaller in size compared to other text throughout the application. The text is now consistent with other areas.
FIXED: When editing a custom formula in the project administration area, you will correctly see field names instead of field IDs, making it easier to build your formula.
FIXED: Large collections that include custom formula fields will load correctly; in the past, they took a long time to load the data, which caused the page to break in some cases.
FIXED: Administrators can now copy and paste sample functions into the formula builder area without breaking the existing formula.
FIXED: When updating field access using the "Quick Access" button, administrators can set security for multiple users at once instead of having to save between each user.
FIXED: If logging in with the Firefox browser, the password bubbles appeared extra large, but those bubbles are now normal in size.
FIXED: The DocumentLink formula in the reporting area now takes users to the correct document; previously, the link brought users to a broken page.
FIXED: Editing picklist options within a cascading picklist field saves the new edits.
FIXED: The "Download" within each folder of the file management area can be clicked without having to select individual files within that folder, the entire folder will download.
