Export from a Worksheet
Learn how to export data from a ProjectTeam.com worksheet to Excel, including how to download your worksheet and work with the exported file.
Overview
ProjectTeam makes it easy to extract and use worksheet information outside the platform through its Export feature. This tool allows users to download worksheet data into an Excel file, enabling further analysis, reporting, or data sharing as needed.
Exporting is straightforward; simply open the worksheet and select the Export option. The system generates an Excel file containing all records and visible columns from the worksheet. This is especially useful when users want to manipulate data using Excel functions, combine worksheet data with other sources, or maintain offline copies for reference.
By providing a quick way to move data out of ProjectTeam, the Export feature gives users flexibility, supports external reporting requirements, and ensures project teams can work with their information in whatever format best meets their needs.
