Default Favorite Form Types

Users have the ability to set favorite form types on their home page of a project. By default, the favorite form types section will be blank until forms have been selected.

Overview

Setting up favorite form types allows users to quickly navigate to certain form logs without having to select the navigate through forms on the main project panel.  This will allow users to customize their home page for easy navigation to the main form types they use on a daily basis.  

Adding Favorite Form Types

  1. The first thing you will notice when you open up your project homepage, is the blank favorite form types section.
  2. To add a favorite form type, Select the Edit button.  
  3. A pop up will appear for you to select the form types you want to mark as favorites.  Select the checkbox next to the appropriate form types, and select Save.
  4. Once you have saved it, your form types will appear on the project home page in the Favorite Form Types pane.  This will now give you quick navigation to each of the form types you have selected.   

Removing Favorite Form Types

  1. To remove or change a favorite form type, you will select the Edit button.  
  2. From there, you will deselect the form types you wish to remove from the project home page, and click Save.  

 

Note: Adding and removing form types to your favorites pane will not limit your access to other form types.  You will still be able to access all other form types by selecting the forms tab, on the left navigation panel of the home page.
