Creating Next in Sequence for Payment Applications

Once you have created your first Payment Application for a contract and are ready to create the next record, follow the instructions below.

Creating Next in Sequence

  1. From the Payment Applications share with me log view, click on the Subject of the previous created record.

  2. The Payment Application form will open. At the top of the form click the Create Next in Sequence button.

  3. Complete the required Subject field, Application Date, Cost Period and any other fields necessary for a complete record.

  4. Click on the Item Breakdown tab and update progress on each line as appropriate.  Once completed click Save & Workflow, Save & Share, or Save to save the record.
