Creating Next in Sequence for Payment Applications
Once you have created your first Payment Application for a contract and are ready to create the next record, follow the instructions below.
Creating Next in Sequence
- From the Payment Applications share with me log view, click on the Subject of the previous created record.
- The Payment Application form will open. At the top of the form click the Create Next in Sequence button.
- Complete the required Subject field, Application Date, Cost Period and any other fields necessary for a complete record.
- Click on the Item Breakdown tab and update progress on each line as appropriate. Once completed click Save & Workflow, Save & Share, or Save to save the record.
