Overview

Each company has its own unique Business Directory. No one outside your company can see or access your Business Directory - it is 100% unique to your company.

To access your company's Business Directory, follow the steps below:

1. On the main navigation bar, click your name in the top right
2. In the dropdown, choose the My Company option
3. Once in the My Company area, navigate to the Business Directory section, located in the left navigation panel

By default, your own company will be listed in the Business Directory. This list shows all businesses that your company has worked with across all your projects.

There are three ways businesses get added to the Business Directory list:

• You (or another admin) adds the business to the Business Directory
• A user adds the business to a project's Project Directory (a subset of the Business Directory)
• You connect with a company on a project (and a corresponding business record gets added)

How to Add a Business to the Directory

1. Select the New button located in the upper right-hand corner.  
2. At minimum, enter in a Business Name.  
3. If desired, you may also enter:
   1. Business Type
   2. Company Website
   3. Headquarters Location
   4. Description 
4. Click the Save button.

How to Remove a Business from the Directory

In order to remove a Business from the directory, the Business must first be removed from any projects it's been added to. If a Business has been added to a project directory, then it will need to be removed from the project's directory prior to removing it at a company level.  

1. Find the Business that needs to be removed, from the Business Directory.
2. Click the dropdown button located on the far right of the Business name.
3.  Select Delete, then select Yes to confirm.
